Erik came to Uncorked after having lived in Townsville, Queensland Australia, Nice, France and Costa Rica. He grew up in the "heart" of the city, in the French Quarter and attended the University of New Orleans. He currently resides in Mandeville with his family. Previous work experience includes Brennan's, Mike's on the Avenue, The Grille Room at the Windsor Court, and Emeril's. While working at these fine restaurants, Erik developed his passion for wine.

In 2000, he began working with the Domaines and Estates division of Glazer's. He accepted a district manager’s position in 2003 with the Prestige wine division of Glazer's. In 2004 joined Avenue Wines as key account sales consultant for product and market development. Later he went to the supplier side of the business for two years with Epicurean Fine Wines in 2007 as the Southeast Regional Manager covering eight states in the Southeast. He rejoined Avenue Wines in late 2008 to help grow their business on the North Shore, and with the Rouse's family of stores. Erik is excited to join Uncorked Fine Wines to assist in their growth and evolution as an importer and distributor of hand selected wines and spirits.
